Refund Policy – Countik.com

1.1 Digital Services – No Right of Withdrawal

By placing an order on Countik.com, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that all services sold on this website are digital, non-tangible services delivered electronically.

Due to the nature of digital services, once an order is placed and processing has started, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

By completing a purchase, the customer waives any right of withdrawal once service delivery has begun.

서비스의 일부라도 배송되면, 이 보증은 더 이상 적용되지 않으며 일반 환불 정책이 적용됩니다.


1.2 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The customer entered an incorrect username, profile link, or account information. (We can correct the username at any time upon request, but no refund will be issued.)
  • The order has already been processed, partially delivered, or completed.
  • The customer purchases similar services from another provider at the same time and experiences issues.
  • The customer requests a refund due to change of mind, personal expectations, or misunderstanding of the service.
  • The customer has been informed of possible delays before placing the order (for example via notices on product pages or the website).

1.3 Delivery Time & Delays

Estimated delivery times are displayed on each service page and may vary depending on the quantity selected.

If an order is not delivered within 7 days, the customer may contact support for investigation.

In such cases, Countik.com may, at its sole discretion:

  • Reprocess the order, or
  • Provide a replacement service, or
  • Issue store credit.

Refunds are not automatic and remain at the discretion of Countik.com.


1.4 System Errors & Technical Issues

In the event of a system error, internal malfunction, or technical issue preventing proper delivery of the service, Countik.com will:

  • Correct the issue, or
  • Re-deliver the service, or
  • Provide store credit.

No cash refund is guaranteed.


1.5 Refill Policy (30 Days – Automatic)

All services are covered by a 30-day automatic refill guarantee.

If a decrease ("drop") occurs within 30 days of purchase, the system will automatically refill the missing quantity.

This process is automatic and does not require customer action. The refill guarantee is valid only if no similar services have been purchased from another provider during the same period.


1.6 Partial Delivery

If an order is partially delivered, the remaining quantity will be automatically refilled by the system.

Partial refunds are not issued.

The system will always prioritize completion of the service.


1.7 Non-Delivery Claims

Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to support within 3 business days after the estimated delivery period.

Failure to contact support within this timeframe may result in the order being considered completed.


1.8 Platform Disclaimer

Countik.com is not affiliated with TikTok or any social media platform.

The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the use of our services complies with the terms, rules, and policies of the respective platform.

By purchasing on Countik.com, the customer accepts all risks associated with the use of third-party platforms.


1.9 No Guarantee of Specific Results

Countik.com does not guarantee specific outcomes, engagement rates, monetization, visibility, or business results.

The customer acknowledges that social media performance depends on multiple factors beyond our control.
